Microsoft has reduced the minimum resolution for Windows 8 devices
When it comes to tablets, the ferocity of the competition seems to be inversely proportional to the size of the screen. However, ignoring the smaller form factors is not easy - as was evident when the market leader Apple released the iPad Mini 7.9 inches despite being indisposed to the initial idea. Now, a new development also suggests that Microsoft wants Windows 8 OEM to join the fray tablets under eight inches.
