My husband and I purchased this item from Costco. Fortunately, they have great return policies.
In the short to lose the keys, press the lock button, and you will try to send a secure high-rise buildings to try to get your valuables out.
I got the product was good, but the safe was delivered damaged. An attempt to send it back, but the way a lot of trouble. Return policy was developed in such a way that you simply can not "do not have time to deal with it. The last time I buy a big ticket item through Amazon.
