U.S. Megaupload, we found that there were serious problems with the indictment, in which U.S. prosecutors appeared to make all kinds of leaps of logic of his arguments, and suggested that the event had come with a predetermined idea (take instead of down), and distorted the evidence, then cherry for this question. For example, we found that the prosecution used the absence of a Rapidshare search engine to indicate that it was a "conspiracy" because he was "hiding" the offense on the site. But that does not make much sense, given that previous cases had found that aa have

a search engine was an indication of induction, and has a seat against the law. The Government of the United States seemed to say that research is the induction, but not have the quest that makes you a conspiracy. This is madness.
Dotcom Kim continues his case to the public, sharing much detail about why he believes he will win and why if the U.S. government. is false. In particular, it highlights the allegations that he is guilty of a direct violation of upload and share a few songs. He says the government ignores the fact that he had downloaded songs, but

never really shared

publicly:

"A link distributed on December 3, 2006 by links DotCom pursued a recording artist recording music for 50 Cent in the United States." Just click the link accesses a Megaupload.com download page that allows any Internet user to download a copy of the file from a server computer that is controlled by the Mega Conspiracy, "the indictment said.

Dotcom told TorrentFreak that the file in question was not breaking at all. He explained that actually bought this song legally, and that file is loaded privately testing a new load-dependent. He quickly grabbed a random file on your computer, which turned out to be the song.

"The link to the song was sent by the private sector link in the e-mail Megaupload our chief technology with the" test "of the description of file. I just test the new upload feature, "said dotcom.

"The URL of this song had a zero discharge. It was a" private link "and was never published," he said.

This raises questions as to whether or not you can download your own music for private use, but things as Google local music and a music room Amazon, it seems that many companies allow you to do something similar. said, I guess the government's response is just the fact that this system allows you to offer "private links" means it is a form of distribution. However, there are cases of government a little more complicated.

Furthermore, Dotcom reveals that major movie studios, which were the main source pressure to the indictment, first, were eager to work with Megaupload and the company had relationships with many of these companies. emails are complete, including Disney offers up an alternative text under Mega service, and Warner Bros. seek easier ways to upload your content (and talk to about to be. able to share the key content of the film) Email WB is pretty conclusive: Hello YouTube

It is certainly reminiscent of the revelation that, while Viacom was going crazy and continue through YouTube to your marketing people are charging tons clips, and Viacom was so confused that he actually sued YouTube over clips that had been raised.
All that being said, I still think that the decision of Kim Dotcom to fight against this in the press is a big mistake. Although it is outside as he fights against the MPAA - and I am absolutely sure they were behind much of this - is actually fighting against U.S. attorneys, a part of the Department of Justice
