start with the new research report Floor64 The Sky Is Rising . As regular readers here will not be surprised at the results, my first thought was how to make companies great content to read and, especially, understand the main points raised. As usual, the comments that come and go through the usual arguments, but for me, Janis was highlighted as an indicator of things to come, where creators are no longer needed to be a huge hit to win some of their efforts. For the rest of the day, we had some very typical indicators that the major content studios will continue to act like spoiled children. Color me surprised ... NO!.
Tuesday morning was an article by Glyn Moody that hit close to home. Until my division was separated and sold last year, I was a developer of LexisNexis (LN is a division of Reed-Elsevier). Despite my desire to grow the company so that I could still get a paycheck, Elsevier division has always been a pleasure to see that the decline. I firmly believe that, as a whole, humanity is best served by open and shared research. For my part, I hope the latter boycott and successful efforts of alternative publishing. Of course, after that, we had more examples of content owners and their sense of the idea of ??law or exaggerated.
Wednesday brought some stark reminders of how broken our system of government is in reality - especially the latter. Think about it - a senator who does what he can to solve some major problems in this country is attacked for doing their job? We really need to get out of this "I vs. D" mentality and focus on individual questions. If only we could get people to realize that we agree with someone on one thing and do not agree with them on everything else. Madness, I tell you!
Unfortunately, the work the most serious attack on Thursday, but there were two outstanding. First, I was pleased that Redbox once again faced with Warner Bros. and their ridiculous attempts to treat customers like cattle. I often wonder if Hollywood will never realize that people want to be entertained, but in a way that suits your budget and schedule. All these machinations to change the way people spend their money for entertainment will not change a bit. Of course, the rejection chosen happy, I'm intrigued by this fight and I hope to see some updates in the future. On the other hand, it was painful to see another politician ignoring his oath of office to uphold the Constitution. Regardless of their opinion or even how much of a stretch could be potential, Josh Fox, had the right to record the proceedings. This is another I will try to find a follow-up.
Ahhh, Friday. End of the week for many days and we spent impatiently at the weekend. The first is actually a review as a replacement child Suja, in my opinion, a much more precise statements. Then we had Lion Tamer capitalist
that reminds us how the U.S. a police state has been converted and is not likely to improve before that it is too late. The parties described the "war against drugs" and the related comments below reminded me of the first part of a message of anti-SAI in another blog I read:
The so-called war on drugs is a joke. A sick, sad joke, silly. Do not dispose of medications did not reduce drug use or drug trafficking or drug abuse, or drug-related deaths. No, in fact, do a damn thing. All it does is keep a large number of classes of employees enforcement chasing its tail.
